we worked with Kirk this year trying to buy a house from 1000 miles away.
he was responsive and attentive and didn't try to push us into a situation that was imperfect. he was able to get us in to a house on very short notice when we were in the area, and went above and beyond to get a contract written up and submitted quickly. we ended up getting the house and were happy with Kirk's follow up and guidance in the month and a half between contract date and closing.
Having known Kirk since 1996 it was an easy choice when it came time to sell my home on which realtor to use.

Back in 2017 I secured Kirk as my agent when I needed to sell my house.
I was more than satisfied with the results then, so I had no reluctance in seeking him out when I needed to sell the home of my deceased parents this past year. Unexpectedly, we ran into an unusual snag with a prospective buyer and his agent, which could have made our sale a disappointing one. Without hesitation, Kirk reassured us that there were other buyers who were eager to pay more for our parents' home than what had been offered, and he proved to be right - shortly there after the home sold for 15% above what we originally hoped to realize.
